Important Note on Support and Crisis Services
While I’m here to support your emotional wellbeing, Someone2TalkTo is not a crisis service or a replacement for therapy. The ADHD and Burnout Support UK service is here to let you download, unpack and ground your dysregulation.
I offer reflective, non-clinical support grounded in counselling skills, psychology training, and lived experience. My practice is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework and remains within the boundaries of my current qualifications.
