Meet Hayley…

A Calm, Compassionate Space Holder

I’m Hayley, a psychology graduate and counsellor-in-training offering reflective, non-clinical support for neurodivergent women and anyone navigating emotional overwhelm, burnout, or identity shifts.

I founded Someone2TalkTo because I know how hard it is to find ADHD and burnout Support UK women. I understand first-hand how transformative it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and held; without pressure to explain, perform, or be “fixed.”

My approach is grounded in the BACP Ethical Framework and shaped by lived experience with PTSD, ADHD, masking, and late self-discovery.

I offer calm, non-judgemental support rooted in psychology, counselling skills, and lived experience.
