About Someone 2 Talk To
A calm, compassionate space… for when you need to feel heard
Why I Created Someone 2 Talk To
Hello, I’m Hayley, a psychology graduate, CPCAB counsellor-in-training, and founder of Someone2TalkTo.co.uk
I created this space because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, to carry invisible struggles, and to crave support that doesn’t come with pressure to fix or perform. As someone navigating life with ADHD, PTSD, and years of masking, I spent a long time searching for the kind of space I now offer to others.
My work is especially supportive for neurodivergent women, and those going through burnout, identity shifts, or emotional overload. After all, we all need someone to talk to.

Ask Yourself?
If the answer is yes — let’s talk.
Important Note on Support and Crisis Services
While I’m here to support your emotional wellbeing, Someone2TalkTo is not a crisis service or a replacement for therapy.
I offer reflective, non-clinical support grounded in counselling skills, psychology training, and lived experience. My practice is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework and remains within the boundaries of my current qualifications.
